Gorator Wet Grinding Systems
GORATOR® serves as wet processing unit in the various industrial sectors for a wide range of mediums. The system will be used amongst others for the food industry, pharmacy, chemical industry, cosmetics, paper and pulp industry, building materials, mining and recycling industry. The GORATOR® has proved itself until today with its many applications, and prevailed against competing products.
GORATOR® can crush, defibrate, grind, mix, homogenize and feed – in short, it processes your medium using a variety of physical and mechanical methods, whereas at least two phases in the treatment process must be available
Goramill- Rotor Stator- Homogenizer
The GORAMILL® unit is a totally closed, high dynamic and multi-stage rotor-stator homogenizer for the wet processing. The machine is based on the reliable, modular executed GORATOR® technology and completes applications even for finest dispersions. Thereby desagglomerations and emulsions down to 0.2 µm to 1.5 µm are possible.
The extremely robust, oil cooled bearing support and the upgraded rotorstator geometries with special alignment designate the highly detailed inline-homogenizer. GORAMILL® settles new benchmarks in regard to service, performance and variety of applications
