Our Heritage
One of our flagship products, the Air Operated Slurry Diaphragm Pump (ODS), has its roots in the renowned Dorr-Oliver® brand, which played a pivotal role in the water and wastewater treatment sludge transfer, chemical feed, cement industries, and mining industry across North America and globally. This reliable pump was once a household name, with thousands sold over the years. Despite facing competition from newer technologies, including Progressive Cavity pumps and cost-effective air-operated units, the Dorr-Oliver pump’s legacy remained strong, owing to its proven performance.
As time went on, the pump’s availability diminished. Recognizing the need for reliable replacements and parts, North was founded to provide high-quality alternatives, including exact replacement parts for the iconic Dorr-Oliver® ODS® pump.
Our History
Industrial Pump Repair Canada (IPRC) was founded in 2006. Over the years, we have built a strong reputation for fast, cost-effective, and precise service, offering both aftermarket and OEM parts to meet our customers’ needs.
In 2024 We expanded our offerings to include one-to-one replacement pumps and parts inspired by the Dorr-Oliver ODS pump. North Pump allows us to serve industries that rely on the proven performance of these legacy systems, ensuring they can continue to operate without disruption.
Together, IPRC and North Pump combine decades of expertise in pump manufacturing and repair, providing industries with a comprehensive range of solutions to meet their liquid and solid transport needs.
